Types of Murder Charges in Nevada

Two types of murder exist under Nevada law. Murder in the first degree consists of the act of deliberately killing another with malice aforethought. Involuntary manslaughter occurs unintentionally through negligence or through illegal behavior, such as killing someone in an auto accident while speeding or drunk.
