Richard Falstad, a 31-year-old man from Arizona, was arrested last week after two teens overdosed on an unknown controlled substance at his house. Following the overdose, one teen began to have seizures. He was airlifted to University Medical Center in Las Vegas, where he later died. Police applied for and obtained a search warrant for Falstad's home. Following the search, Falstad was arrested on charges of Child Abuse and Negligent Homicide.
