Rapper Juaquin Malphurs, better known by his stage name Waka Flocka Flame, was cited for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana in Georgia this week. This is the second time in a month that the rapper has had run-ins with the law on drug possession charges. According to reports, the rapper was pulled over for a traffic violation and police smelled marijuana coming from the vehicle.
